Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tommie app. By downloading, installing, or using Tommie, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Tommie is owned and operated as a US-based entity. References to "Tommie," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to the Tommie company. References to "you" or "your" refer to the person accessing or using the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tommie. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the app and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Tommie uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Apple or Google account and for all activity that occurs through your Tommie account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Tommie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Tommie aggregates or links to local event information sourced from third parties, public listings, and event organizers. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any event listing displayed in the app.

You acknowledge that your attendance at any event discovered through Tommie is at your own risk, and you should exercise reasonable caution and judgment.
Tommie may allow you to save events, create lists, or add notes. You retain ownership of any content you contribute. By contributing content, you grant Tommie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the app.
You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms.
All content, design, graphics, and code in the Tommie app are owned by Tommie or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.
Your use of Tommie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
The Tommie app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tommie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tommie and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Tommie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
